MIDDLE SCHOOL DIRECTOR
Kyler loves the years of middle school for students. His hope and prayers are that the middle school students will start to discover how God’s Word impacts their lives and the world around them. He desires to partner with parents in this spiritual journey of their students to know God and his Story in deeper ways as they journey towards the high school years. He is passionate about completing this hope through equipping leaders to partake in this mission and through other various experiences here at Five Oaks for middle schoolers.

CONNECTIONS ASSOCIATE/MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Laura-Paige leads our Connections Ministry, helping to both serve our church family and integrate newcomers on the weekends. In addition, Laura-Paige also supports our Impact Ministry by helping with planning, coordinating details, and administrative support. Laura-Paige is married to Kyler and has enjoyed living in the midwest since they moved here from Washington state in 2019.

Lyndsey is a weekend presence in our Connections Ministry. She helps to lead the team as they seek to create a warm and hospitable experience for everyone who steps into Five Oaks.

Dave is passionate about connecting Five Oakers with opportunities to share the good news of the Gospel through serving both locally and globally. As Impact Director, Dave uses these passions to build connections and partnerships between our church and people/organizations that are actively serving our community and the world in Jesus' name.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Kelly leads the children’s ministry of the church, equips the congregation and those serving in children’s ministry to bring the story of God to life. She recruits, develops and inspires others to serve and lead in children’s ministry (birth through fifth grade). Kelly loves to partner with parents and inspire them to be invested in every phase of their child’s life.

CHIEF OF STAFF
Brian is responsible for supporting the Lead Pastor and guiding the work of the pastoral (and other) staff leaders. As Chief of Staff, Brian plays a critical role in coordinating and driving the strategic initiatives, managing key operations, and serves as a trusted advisor and confidante to the Lead Pastor.

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR / TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS DIRECTOR
Jared manages all aspects of production technology used for weekend services including lights, sound, and video in order to create an environment that encourages worship. He works to maintain these systems, develop new processes, and inspire volunteers to serve in worship tech. In addition to production technology, Jared works closely with the communications team on video production and the operations team as technology and systems director

As an assistant in Five Oaks Kids, Dan helps encourage our kids and support our volunteers on weekends. He loves to see kids and parents follow Jesus together as a family.

COMMUNITY & DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR
Jonathan is passionate about getting people connected and then helping them be discipled in those friendships. Jonathan wants to equip people in all stages of life to use their gifts in God’s amazing family and to tirelessly invite others to know Jesus. Jonathan has been on staff for over 15 years at Five Oaks. He’s married to Stephanie and has 3 elementary-aged kids, Jeremiah, Joshua, and Sara. He also loves board games, pickleball, and coffee.

Liza oversees all aspects of Five Oaks' business operations, including finance, insurance, service contracts, payroll, and employee benefits.

Steve is all about small groups: leading them, training others to lead them, and coaching leaders as they disciple their group members. Steve loves nothing more than helping people get connected to small groups so they can find community and gather around God’s word as they do life together.

As Communications Director, Stephanie leads the team responsible for making communication happen at Five Oaks. She also creates all the major design pieces for Five Oaks and its ministries.

Brooke assists in all areas of student ministry. She is passionate about helping students grow and develop their relationship with Christ by championing many of the behind the scenes logistics to make student ministries happen each week. She also helps organize student events and camps throughout the year.

Jakki coordinates supplies and the work done by contractors and volunteers to keep the building and grounds clean and ready for use. She also serves as host for many groups that use our space.

CONNECTIONS MINISTRY ASSISTANT
As the Connections Ministry Assistant, Kelsey wants to make it as easy as possible for people to connect, engage, and find a place at Five Oaks. She is pretty nerdy about systems, so it's a joy for her to help at all points of connection: from following up after someone's first visit, to coordinating membership classes, and the many places in between. Kelsey also leads the Prayer Card Team, which is a ministry that sends prayer-filled cards to those in our church body who are in need of prayer.

WORSHIP PASTOR
Tom leads the worship ministries at Five Oaks and equips, coaches and trains congregation members to use their musical and technical skills to bring glory to God with the gathered church. Whether it is for our weekend services, Student Ministries, or for Five Oaks Kids, Tom has a passion to draw out the untapped gifts of people and empower them to use them to lead the congregation in worship.

Jasmine is the first point of contact for our church during weekdays. She is in charge of greeting visitors and managing our office phone and email. She also helps provide administrative support to staff.

LEAD PASTOR
Leading a church that helps people come to know and ultimately fall more deeply in love with God and other people is Henry’s greatest passion. As a husband, parent, and grandparent, Henry is particularly interested in partnering with families so that the next generation will know and love God, living on mission for him. Henry earned degrees from The University of Northwestern—St. Paul, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Boston University (Doctor of Ministry). Henry’s interests include pickleball, fly fishing, watching NFL football (especially the Vikings and fantasy football), hiking, boating, board games, and Cuban food. Henry grew up in a Cuban-American home in Miami and desires for Five Oaks to reflect the diversity of its community. Henry Michael Williams
FAMILY & STUDENT PASTOR
Henry oversees our Family and Student Ministries. Henry is passionate about bringing the story of God to life for families and helping them discover how to live that out in everyday life. He inspires our adult leadership team and parents to be present and active in these young people’s lives, and to guide them as they shepherd their families on their spiritual journey.
