Financial Peace University
We all need a plan for our money. FPU is that plan! It teaches God's ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you've dreamed you could be. This plan will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and much more. Class runs Sundays, January 22-March 26, 2017 (no class February 26), 9-10:30 am, room 101. You may have noticed we have new chalkboards on our Ministry Carts in the Commons. Our ministry leaders would love a volunteer who has an artistic bent toward chalkboard art and lettering to help us advertise for their ministries. Men’s Summit January 27-29
Men, join our Journeymen Ministry in January for a weekend Summit called Ascent. Hosted at Ironwood Christian Springs Ranch in Stewartville, MN, this Summit will mix the teaching of Vince Miller with adventuresome activities and relaxation. $155 for the weekend. Rooted Women’s If: Gathering February 3-4
We are told to make disciples, but we often wonder: what does that actually look like and how does that work in my already-busy life? Five Oaks is partnering with Rockpoint Church, Lake Elmo, to once again offer Perspectives on the World Christian Movement class, beginning January 9.
